Order Refunds and Cancellations Policy

No Refunds After Order Placement: Once an order is placed, we do not provide refunds, whether in cash or through bank transfers. This policy is in effect because our products are custom-made to guarantee freshness and quality.

Cancellation Prior to Preparation: If a customer decides to cancel their order before it enters the preparation stage, we will provide a voucher for the full order amount. This voucher can be redeemed for future purchases at Dlish Cafe. Please keep in mind that our products are prepared according to each customer’s specific requirements.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the customer does not respond to the delivery person’s call after three attempts, the order will be considered canceled and nonrefundable. Our items are freshly prepared for each order and cannot be reused for another customer.

Change of Delivery Location: If a customer requests to change the delivery location after the order has been dispatched, any resulting delays or loss of product freshness will be the customer’s responsibility.

Additional Information

Quality Concerns: In the event of a cancellation or return due to an error or quality issue on our part (such as an incorrect item delivered or a product not meeting our standards), please reach out to us immediately. We will address the issue by providing a replacement order, a voucher for future use, or, in rare cases, a refund.
