Presentation and packaging
The Imperial Tray and the Royal Signature Tray come in a choice of Gold, Black or Silver finish, so you can match the tray to the occasion. Every tray is arranged and packed to travel and arrives presentation-ready.
Delivery and care
We aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic conditions, driver routes and weather. For delivery orders, Raffinato is responsible for the condition of the product until the order is handed over to you. For self-pickup orders, responsibility transfers to you once the order leaves our premises.
Please keep products refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures, and serve within the recommended timeframe. Read the full delivery policy.
