At Raffinato, we take great care in preparing and delivering high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure food safety and operational fairness.

Order Cancellations

Standard Orders

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Because our products are freshly prepared, cancelled items cannot be resold on short notice.

Catering Orders

For catering services, we require a minimum of 7 days written notice for any cancellation to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to staffing, preparation, and ingredient commitments.

  • Guest count reductions within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original method of payment.

Quality Concerns

If you experience a genuine quality issue with your order:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order details.

  3. Include clear photo evidence of the issue.

Our management team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Product replacement

  • Partial refund

  •
