Responsibility for Orders

• For delivery orders, Raffinato is responsible for the product condition until the order is handed over to the customer.

• For self-pickup orders, responsibility transfers to the customer once the order leaves our premises.

Product Care & Storage

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after pickup or delivery.

Recommended storage guidelines:

• Keep refrigerated between 0°C – 5°C

• Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures

• Consume the product within the recommended timeframe

Improper storage after handover may affect product quality, and Raffinato cannot be held responsible in such cases.
