By placing an order with Raffinato, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Raffinato reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

All prices are listed in the applicable local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain orders, especially catering events.

Catering bookings require advance confirmation.

Cancellations require at least 7 days written notice to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Guest count reductions within 72 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

Raffinato follows the strict food safety and hygiene standards established by the Dubai Municipality.

All food is prepared in accordance with local regulations to ensure safety and quality.

Raffinato is responsible for the quality and condition of products until they are delivered or collected.
